What if you wanted to tell the story of mankind-- without forcing people to accept that "they" or their ancestors might have been not much better than bugs? Twilight of the Cockroaches is the political and moral compromise of civilization, how various groups interact, what they share and how they oppose each other, the battle of life, of survival, of destiny, all of it told from the standpoint of cockroaches. It works, it is well done, well told, highly entertaining, and a good one to drop in the rotation for spoiled kids-- because it just might make them think instead of staying on autopilot. Double worth it.
