Borderline neutral. Item not as in photo, not as ordered. The photo showed a 3/4" hose adapter with a flange (which would allow an o-ring seal to be fitted) and that's what I ordered. The seller's listing offers both flanged and non-flanged varieties but apparently only non-flanged items are now in stock - so that's what they supplied. On the plus side, return and refund were promptly expedited. For what its worth, the item supplied appears to be of good quality - if a tad pricey.
