The seller's communication was very good and, although the item was late, it was no fault of the seller. (The problem lay with Royal Mail.) However, I will say if you order this to be engraved, do not ask for a longer message as it's is very difficult to read the engraving on this item without magnifying it. The engraving isn't deep enough and the print is very small.
