Measurements are approximate, but as accurate as possible. We describe our items as accurately as possible, but we are only human. If there is a mistake, please email us and we will always try our best to resolve the problem.
 
We want you to be happy with your purchases. So please check all items immediately upon receipt.
 
If an item arrives damaged or is faulty please inform us as soon as possible via email or phone, within 7 working days of receipt. We will either refund you in full or we will try to replace the goods for you. The sooner we receive the goods back, the sooner we can process the refund/exchange for you.
 
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, or you have simply changed your mind and would like to return it, please contact us as soon as possible via email or phone, stating that you wish to return an item. For a full refund of the item and original postage please return the goods within 30 working days (starting after the day of delivery).
 
We would ask that you please re-wrap any returns with the same level of care and attention as they were received, to ensure their safe arrival back to us. So please keep all of the packaging/wrapping of any item to return, including the original outer postage box. Otherwise you will have to supply the outer postage box at your own cost.
 
You are required to return the item and pay for the return postage. With the exception of faulty items or error on our part, return postage cannot be refunded. When returning goods we recommend using registered post as we cannot be held responsible for goods that do not reach us.
