The seller's actions were unbecoming of a merchant on Ebay and I'm not appreciative of the time you wasted on my behalf where ethical business is concerned by having to recover the funds through the Ebay protocols considering you were promptly paid for the item concerned and failing to communicate that the item in question had in fact not been shipped while refusing to reimburse funds when it was obvious that you were negligent in fair trade practice.

    Charging during the Wuhan Flu

    My car battery was dead and I couldn't get to Pep Boys to get it recharged because of the lockdown. I ordered this product and got it over the weekend. I hooked it up to the car without having to pull the battery and let it trickle for a day, and the car starts fine. Unfortunately I still have no where to go because we are still locked down.

    WARNING !!!

    these things do NOT have an automatic shutoff when you battery is full. it is not a problem as long as it is not putting out more than 13.6 volts. anything higher will boil the acid in your battery and ruin your battery. i checked mine with a multimeter when i received it . 15.5 V !!!. this isn't a battery maintainer , it is a trickle charger which can and will ruin your battery if left hooked up for too long. look on the harbor freight website and see all the people in the reviews who have left bad reviews about this. remember this is made in China where quality control is not a thing.

    Dis is da one fer ya, son.

    I've used several "Float" battery maintainers. This one, for my purposes is the best. For both lead acid and gel, it maintains the batteries at between 12.9 and 13.1 volts. This is essentially a full charge, but will not cause loss of water from the electrolyte. Make sure you get the real thing. There are look alikes that are not good. Make sure it's a Cen-Tech.
