I ordered a magnetic window cleaner costing £16.95. When it arrived, the box had been opened and the contents didn’t match the illustration on the box. It didn’t work. Seller apologised and offered a £5 rebate so I wouldn’t have the “inconvenience” of returning it, which I see is something she has done before. I said I wasn’t happy with this but have heard nothing since. The upshot is that I have spent £16.95 for something which is useless. I notice that she is still advertising this product.
