Battery good, replacing it difficult
Excellent product. It contains all the tools you need to remove the old battery. But removal is far, far from easy. The idea is simple enough but the sticky tape that holds the case cover and the tape that holds the battery is extreemly tenacious and even moderate heat has little effect. The plasic tools would work in an ideal world but I needed steel tools to begin to shift mine before I coulod insert the plastic ones. Very tricky too with the old battery as it is a very tight fit in its compartment - and stuck really well. It is possible, but it is most definitely not easy. And be careful that you don't puncture the old battery otherwise you could lose not only your phone, but burn yourself, and possible your house down!Excellent product. Useless
First of all it's not new, it's second hand and has the marks of been used. Second: it's useless. After charging 100% it lost 20% in the first 5 minutes. It's an old used battery made in China.

Easy to use and to recharge
I find this item easier to use that 2 separate batteries which have to be charged individually and are easier to mislay or be damaged. The design is simple yet effective and it makes me wonder why this hasn't been done before.
