Construction is great, no voids, cracks or abnormal look to printed parts. The screw portions work smoothly and there is absolutely no fuss with the electronic connections. We'll designed and executed. The only bad thing is that it flexes at the full extents in the X and Y so I am afraid that at some point it will crack especially if I add springs as it is recommended for these types of extensions.

We have tested these extensions and do not encounter any flex at all. Are you using the Thrustmaster of Virpil Base? Please get in touch and share a video fo the extension flexing so we can see what you are talking about.

The 100mm Joystick Extension from QR4RIGS is very well made. It and the incorporated extension cable fits my Virpil WarBRD base and Thrustmaster Hornet Grip very well. I extended my Monstertech desk mount plate down so that the Hornet grip is in a familiar position in the hand. It is a very nice enhancement for my DCS helicopter flying which is the main reason for the purchase but is also fine for fixed wing use in DCS and IL-2, offering a bit more precision.
