Out of literally thousands of packages I have received over the past 20+ years, this was the BEST packaged item ever. You could have literally dropped it from 20 feet and nothing would have happened. The shipping cost was higher than should have been - but they probably spent $10 in actual packaging and time. Item was better than described and fully functioning. Stellar communications. Other than the excessive shipping, they did take time to safely package a 35+pound fragile item.
