I am really annoyed and disappointed, I paid for a grade A product and I got a grade B and even worse I paid for 128GB of space because I need it and they sent me a device with 16GB. Really what a cheek, I will not buy anything from them again and I do not recommend them at all.

Their excuses for sending used items were ridiculous and contradictory.
