As described/ images… serial number doesn’t match the one on the listing but the guitar is lovely. As new. Well packaged and no complaints . Not everybody does this but the string tension suitably reduced too for transporting. And extra cardboard around the head stock . Communication… perfunctory but hey they accepted my offer… got a message to say it had been posted and it arrived . The Ronseal approach .

The seller messaged to say that the advertised 'used' guitar had a lifted bridge problem, and so said that he was sending (without prior consultation) a different 'new' Tanglewood dreadnought - one with a black gloss cedar top instead of the advertised instrument's natural wood spruce top. I think it would have been best to ask first if this replacement would be acceptable. That said, given the entry-level (and discounted) price of both instruments, I was willing to retain the replacement.
