What an excellent product and what excellent service. Communication is top-notch as well; any question I had was answered promptly and kindly, really customer-oriented. The vacuum bag came in a branded bag itself, wrapped in bubble wrap. What a nice touch! My beloved mattress was compressed not only in thickness but in size too. I was really surprised. The belts that came with the kit are strong too, top quality, no cheap plastic stuff. Highly recommend.
