Despite it being over the Christmas holiday, the seller was so quick to respond to my initial query. The entire transaction was seamless and the Chanel palette quickly dispatched. There may have been a shipping delay somewhere as I only got the package today, despite the item having shipped before New Year's Day. But seeing the palette carefully packaged in bubble wrap, as well as a cute leopard print paper on top of that totally made up for the wait! The condition was as described. Thank you!!
