I bought 2 batten fittings which arrived late. One of the lights didn’t have any brackets to fit it and in fact the box contained the return slip from a previous buyer complaining the parts were missing, so they’d sent me a light I couldn’t use. I asked for the missing brackets. They said it’d take 30 days - from China. They said I could keep the light instead with a refund of £5! Then they offered £10 which, exhausted, I accepted n received on 23 Jan (1/2 a loaf at least). Still can’t fit it.
