Lot of pretty colors
As others have pointed out the wire doesn't come on spools, just coils in a big envelope.. The insulation is thick: 2.6 mm diam. and quite soft. Easy to cut and strip. Wire is 16/30 i.e 16 strands of 30 gauge - nice and flexible, much nicer than the 7/26 which is also rated as 18 gauge. It would have been helpful (to me) if this info had been in the product description

Very brittle
This wire works however it does not solder good at all. It also has some gunk inside it that makes it very hard to get solder to stick even with flux. When it is soldered it is verry brittle and breaks easly.

An Awesome Find!!
This is great low voltage wire to use in a car for power windows, alarm etc. Nice and flexible. It should solder well. The variety of colors is a real plus to help differentiate the separate circuits. Some have complained about the wire not coming on spools. That is not an issue at all with me. It says in the write-up that no spools are included. Plus, spools would make the package weigh more and then it would cost more to ship. Good Wire
Good quality wire. It is nice and flexible. I've read some other comments about it not arriving in the spools like pictured. Yes this is true but that is clearly noted in the item description so no one should expect spools. It is very nice to be able to buy such a small length of good wire 25' per color. I'd recommend this wire to anyone needing different colors in a smaller length.

I recently purchased some of this wire for a stereo project I was working on. I like the wire because it is flexible and appears to be pure copper. It also accepts solder well. The colors also match the colors of the factory wire harness of the radio making for easy identification. I would recommend this wire for any one looking for good wire to work with.
