It looked like Royal Mail tried to run it through a letter sorting machine instead of handling it manually. Not the seller's fault in the slightest, but some of the transfers got wet & slightly spoiled. Outside of that the items were good quality & the seller had clearly taken care in sending & packing them. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again.
