Not good. This could have been prevented if the item had been wrapped in some bubble wrap instead of just being placed in a plastic postal bag. Having said that, I would still purchase from this seller in the future as this may have been a one-off. I didn't bother reporting the damage to the seller as the hair paste was for my own use.
