    I have yet to find HOOVER labeled on these bags. I am not sure if the material they are made of is HEPA compliant or not. These bags do not have a dust closure as my previously used bags (from other sources). These bags look very different as for construction materials, etc. as compared to actual HOOVER-brand bags I've used. I've yet to try these bags, but am hopeful all will be well with same. If these bags perform as stated, I think they are a bargain price!!
