Good value - battery costs be aware
If when you buy this product be aware that the instructions are really lacking and as it turned out for me the type of phone i.e Android v iPhone appears to make a big difference, I had a Android Galaxy an had great difficulty connecting through the internet. By default when having followed the instructions to the tee - an innovation from my son - turned of the Bluetooth and it connected. No such instruction appears in the manual. I coincidentally purchased a iPhone - and the connection to the internet was simple. Campark customer services were helpful - although I wasn't confident with some of the advice given to address the various issues. The battery use Alkaline is considerable so I invested in Lithium more expensive but bioast better duration. My rating of two star is based ... A Good camera. Do not use their recommended Android App to connect to wifi
Mine has picked up numerous cats, but despite setting the Sensitivity to high, it has not picked up either of our hedgehogs that we watch nightly. The pictures however, both day and night, are very clear. The user manual is good although, the print is small. It's not too difficult to set up. It's been out in extreme weather. The battery life seems to be quite good. It went down pretty quickly whilst I was experimenting, but now I've it set it to work from dusk to dawn, it doesn't seem to have used very little. You may be able to use the wifi. but, I DO NOT recommend using the Android App 'Hunting Cam Pro'. Lots of users said that it crashed their phones. I thought I'd be OK because my phone WAS! very good.
