Radio recieved in a reasonable time (2 weeks) an interesting item it makes a change from the usual Racal and other UK radios. Awaiting battery case which is on its way and hope soon to be using it portable once this arrives. This is the later BDR550 radio with 100hz increments covering 2-18Mhz and 15w output power not the 2-12Mhz, 10w earlier BDR510C which lacks the 100hz increments. Powered by replacable nicads in a cell pack (D cells? yet to be confirmed) not obvious from the photos.
