Part arrived broken so it was unusable. Seller was responsive, and offered a refund quickly, which I think makes up for the part being broken.
I didn't notice loose parts so it doesn't seem like it was broken during shipping, but I would suggest more protective packaging in the event it was damaged during shipping.
