After initially sending an incorrect item, I contacted the seller who apologised and said they’d send the correct item straightaway - and I received my static sweeper within a few days, and it’s exactly as described and appears to be quite robust (time will tell). It came with a pack of 20 dry cloths which pick up dust etc quite effectively. I have no hesitation in recommending this seller.
