Each spare part is covered by a comprehensive 90 day warranty. Should your product(s) arrive damaged by the carrier or faulty, we will either issue a replacement or refund your item(s) free of charge for you. Really bad quality, nothing like the original, watch out! Worst part, the springs are not strong enough to open the door, so for us on our Miele fridge and refrigerator, both handles are useless. Wish I bought the original, don’t make my mistake people!

Bon suivi de la livraison, avec une certaine rapidité. Les compliments s'arrêtent là. Qualité de la poignée médiocre, défauts d'aspect,cela fait bas de gamme. De plus la course de fonctionnement est courte, il faut tirer la poignée vers soit au maximum pour à peine toucher le bord d'appui. Je regrette fortement cet achat. J'ai vu que le retour chez le vendeur n'est pas possible, avertissement fait sur le mail de livraison, de toute façon les frais de livraison et de douane n'étant pas remboursé.
