Full postage was paid on item,but Royal Mail have started doing this if their new stamps do not scan for some reason. Responded to buyer within 24 hours and also refunded full cost of item and excess postage charge. I always resolve any issues i am made aware of , but need to be given a reasonable time to do so

I have sold 27 of these chargers and used the same postage on every other one with no problems at all - not sure what Royal Mail are up to with this one, but if you had bothered to contact me before leaving feedback, i would have happily resolved the issue for you. I can only do this if i am made aware of the problem !!!
