Fun Fitness!
Have previously worked out to a Rosemary Conley's Fat Attack dvd which I always enjoyed but that was a few years ago. Now older wanted to exercise at home so chose this dvd for a change. I enjoyed it, Rosemary gives clear instructions and you can work at your own level of fitness. Members in her class work at different levels to help you, so follow the lady whose fitness level is nearest yours. Getting back to fitness
Had this on video years ago, yes outdated now but I did enjoy it at the time. I wanted to get back into shape & loose a little bit weight without the expense of a gym. The exercises are easy to follow & not to strenuous as different levels of fitness to follow. DVD delivered within the time frame & in excellent condition

Rosemary Conley's Ultimate Whole Body Workout (DVD 2003
I was a member of Rosemary Conley's slimming club and did this workout at the club therefore I knew it would be suitable for my needs. I am again losing weight and being much older needed to step up my exercise routine. I am an enthusiastic user of the Wii fit plus trainer and I needed something to use for cardio. It gets boring using the same exercise routine and I found this DVD just right for cardio exercise and toning, for a couple of days a week. Good price too. although it is a 2003 routine it still fits the bill for me.I was a member of Rosemary Conley's slimming club and did this workout at the club therefore I knew it would be suitable for my needs. Good home workout
I bought this DVD to do a home workout during lockdown. I used to go to Rosemary Conley classes and remembered some of the moves. The instructions are clear and I enjoy the backing music. There is an aerobic session, a body toning session and an armchair session.
