The item arrived well packaged and undamaged. Unfortunately when I opened the manufacturer’s packaging I discovered that one of the components had a moulding defect. Obviously this was no fault of the seller, I had some excellent communication from him and he offered and arranged a full refund. So, a disappointing experience from the manufacturer but a really excellent one from this seller.
