Arrived very quickly but thats where the positives end. Large dirty stain on the cover so contacted seller who advised they could offer a partial refund if I was happy to wash the cover. The topper did seem new & not a return so I accepted - only to be disappointed when the refund hit my bank of £3! Paid nearly £60. The stain didnt come off in the wash, the cover was difficult to put back on, the topper doesn’t stay put and moves constantly & after a week the memory foam has lost its memory.

The item was badly broken on arrival. I contacted the seller but communication was difficult. Eventually, the seller offere a partial refund of £7 which I thought was derisory given that I had already made it clear that the block was being bought as a gift. One I declined that offer the seller agreed to a refund so I am now in the process of returning the item and am hoping that things will now go smoothly. Also, the picture on the eBay listing gave the impression that the block come with a tray
