While the communication I received from the seller was somewhat difficult to understand (apparently from someone whose first language is not English), I appreciated an email directly from the seller to let me know my item had been shipped. The case is new, as described, in its original packaging, and identical to a case I bought almost 4 years ago - except a different color. It was mailed in a plastic envelope. It was shipped promptly, and I will consider this seller for future purchases.
