Es wurde zunächst der falsche Lüfter gesendet, jedoch auf meine Reklamation hin, das Geld zum Grossteil (91 %) zurückerstattet.
Die Artikelbeschreibung war trotzdem falsch und auch die Versandzeit hat zu lange gedauert, deshalb keine 5 Sterne.
Sich nach Reklamation eingermassen gesetzeskonform zu verhalten ist meines Erachtens selbstverständlich.
