Being 64 with a bad knee & ankle, I wanted some gentle exercise to start with that was engaging. This DVD set is perfect, lots of encouragement from Rosemary and she explains how to make the exercises easier or more difficult. I am able to do far more now than I ever imagined.

Very effective DVD set. Well worth the money.
I already have the Ultimate fitness video and wanted it on DVD so I could easily switch to different parts more easily. Having 3 DVDs is a great bargin and all of these fitness DVDs are worth doing. Highly recommend getting this set and great to do on alternate days as you don't get bored. On all of them you can choose to do 20 minute sessions or an hour and you feel that you have achieved something either way. Rosemary Conley suits me and I can do her workouts with out getting fed up as I do with other ones I have tried over the years, especially celebrity fitness DVDs who clearly don't stick to their diets and workouts. I bought this triple pack as i was getting bored with the ones i had already. Theses are great. On each one you can work at the level that suits you (helpful if you are aren't feeling too energetic on a particular day). they are short enough to fit in with a busy lifestyle but long enough to make a huge difference if done regularly. They've all got optional toning sessions as well if you want to extend the exercise session. BRILL.I bought this triple pack as i was getting bored with the ones i had already. Theses are great. This is well worth the price.
Easy to follow, great instructions from Rosemary. I especially liked the different levels of workouts and the music really helped you to keep on going throughout. Glad I got this and will keep on working out with these.
