It normally takes about 1-2 hours charge when I have gone about 25 miles and back to town. It charges back up in about 40 minutes. It is a reliable battery pacl and I will be getting another when the site has more refurbished units, because you can fit mor units to it and when there is a power outage It can be used as your mains electricity in that emergency. Great Price, both of my friends also have one.

Unfortunately they let themselves down by using a company called XL Couriers who refused to deliver because I was too remote, l live on the UK mainland!! After a lot of emails back & forth, EcoFlow arranged for FedEx to intercept and amazingly they delivered without any fuss at all the day after they collected. I would suggest EcoFlow that you use reputable couriers in the future to preserve your excellent reputation.
