Some delays in communication added to my apprehension about the transaction. I missed the 5 business days processing time allowed to the seller. Shipping still took 10 calendar days for post office to take possession of the items before the actual shipping began. I had no problems with times, just the lack of returning my inquiries on a timely basis. This led to frustration and me taking a defensive stance with my credit card company and eBay policies at the ready. Hot wheels were fine.

Great cars otherwise this would be NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. Purchased and paid immediately, then waited to be shipped. I emailed after 10 days and they said it would be shipped immediately, 2 days later (12 TOTAL DAYS) it still hadn't been shipped... I had to open a case to get their attention- As soon as I opened a case it was shipped the next day! It shouldn't take me opening a case to get what I purchased shipped.
