Disappointing experience. The rackets were a very good price, the postage was pretty expensive but understandable if they didn’t have the option to use yodel or another provider. So it was around £9 for parcelforce, no problem. The seller marked it as dispatched but provided no tracking code. Strange. The seller then says the item was stolen from their garage where they leave it for collection. I asked for the tracking number. This was ignored. I would like the truth, then I can remove this.

I am sorry you were disappointed. I marked the item as dispatched as soon as I put the parcel out for collection. I contacted you and refunded your money in full as soon as I knew what had happened.
