I struggled significantly with colour accuracy from this printer. I tried multiple times to contact the seller to get support to solve the issues with this printer, both via eBay messages and telephone. Twice I asked them to call me back. They didn't. They said in messages they would call me. They didn't. They just prefer to try and blame the client for Colour Bytes own inaction. I was forced to use third party companies to solve the colour issues with the printer. Shameful.

Hi, I'm sorry you feel we didn't help but you didn't ask for any help! The first we heard was when you started a return with Ebay. Our offer of support was replied with you just wanting to return the item which in your opinion was faulty. We arranged collection 3 times and you didn't return the printer. Now you say it's working!You were abusive and rude to our staff and we only did what you asked of us. 1. You only wanted to return the printer. 2. You didn't want any help. Awful Ebayer reported
