I've owned 4 of these inexpensive collimation lasers, all from different companies. This is the only one that did not, in itself, require collimation. The one I got was true, as checked with both my V-Block, and with collimating my F/4 10" Newtonian scope, which needs solid collimation.
Here's my 2-hour first light of M101. First light for both the scope and the laser. It's pretty close for inexpensive laser collimation.
