The PCU jacket is close to actual Level 5 spec, but not quite. Compared to my issue Gen III Level 5 Large Regular the sleeves are about an inch short and the body is a bit tighter. The MFH PCU jacket is more like a Large Short size than a Large Regular. Also the zipper zips from the right not the left as spec’d for ECWCS. The zipper is also not as substantial as a mil spec zipper. Overall- good for the price but not ECWCS spec. Haven’t checked rain resistance.
