When I received item two of the cups were damaged and I contacted seller immediately with pictures after 48 hours they said they have forwarded my issue to relevant team and they have no frane when they will reply.

The main issue is that this product is NOT Bone China it is Porcelain. I alerted the company that the description is not accurate and they were swift to reply and offered a refund.
I kept the set as it is very nice and fairly light in comparison to others I’ve looked at.
Overall, the product is very smart looking, reasonably priced and delivery was swift.
