    Many knitting patterns for ABC toys. Great fun to knit!

    I bought this book because my children love Bananas in Pyjamas and I wanted to knit a B1 and B2 toy. Not only was the Banana pattern fantastic (the pattern includes a little jacket so the kids can dress and undress the Banana), but I was delighted to find many other fabulous patterns for other toys. The book is divided into sections based on TV programs that have featured on the ABC. Admittedly, some of the programs are outdated (Johnson & Friends and Inspector Gadget, for example) in line with when the book was published, however I think that children will enjoy all of the toys in this book. Patterns are marked according to level of difficulty. Some patterns incorporate crochet as well as knitting. It would be great if an updated version of the book could be published to include toys ...

    A great book for doting grannies

    Title says it all - outstanding!!

    If you want to knit toys for kids, this is the bee's knees!! My 90 year old Mother in Law uses this, and she says it's great and easy to follow.
