The time in responding from the seller was fairly long and didn't explain fully about the tracking. I also received the item faulty and the motor did not work on the projector screen. The packaging was disposed of and because it was so large I could t return it as it would have cost alot for the packaging and the postage. I ended up with £30 partial refund and losing £46 to save hassle. On this occasion my experience was not a good one.

Never had such bad experience. Avoid at all costs. Clearly see in the pictures the contents are 1ft wide. But expects me to unpackage it all to prove it. It’s not going to be 2ft wide in a 1ft wide box. Completely ridiculous.
