She used a priority express envelope to mail the ring but only purchased a label for advantage ground which caused me to have to pay an additional 25.32 in shipping charges. She refunded me for the ring purchase but in doing so, basically said it was my fault for not refusing the package. She said I had to eat the little over 8.00 difference.
