i received 2 crayfish, one died within 12 hours, I contacted seller and suggested he add a crayfish to my next order going out to resolve the issue, after contacting him his first reaction was i don t offer refunds then he said i could order another one, I just don t feel i was treated right and am unhappy i paid 100 dollars for 1 crayfish now thsts really expensive, he asked that i change my review to keep his business without any bad feedback so here we are im adjusting the feedback

You say your crayfish died overnight with 0 proof of the dead crayfish. we have 100% arrival guaranteed. meaning, we would’ve gave you a refund IF your crayfish arrived dead. you claim in this review that the crayfish was weak but you never messaged me saying anything.you told me to send you a new crayfish and that if i rejected this, you would be cool with it. i kindly rejected your offer, and you even said “have a great weekend”.this “offer” is biased you only say that because it favors YOU.
