Bhangracize your way to fitness.
Excellent DVD for those of us who would like to learn the beautiful hand movements and stances of classical Indian dance.Workout 2 focusses on Bhangra,a high energy folk style.You will find this DVD very informative on dance technique.Honey has incorporated all of this into a high impact workout.It is easy to follow and lovely to watch.It wore me out just watching it.One of the best instructional DVD's I've purchased and a valuable addition to my bellydance.Excellent DVD for those of us who would like to learn the beautiful hand movements and stances of classical Indian dance.Workout 2 focusses on Bhangra,a high energy folk style.You will find this DVD very informative on dance technique.Honey has incorporated all of this into a high impact workout.It is easy to follow and lovely to watch.It wore me out just watching it.One of the best instructional DVD's I've purchased and a valuable addition to my bellydance.

A refreshing change from the norm..
Honey Kalaria's Bollywood Workout DVD is a real gem! No more trying to keep up with some celebrity or dance instructor as Honey gives you clear intructions which are so easy to follow. Its relatively low impact unlike other faster paced DVD's but still gives you a good & thorough workout but without all the fuss & sweat! Its Bollywood theme is a joy & is elegantly intructed throughout,from the hand & feet movement to the full advanced dance. My DVD collection is littered with celebrity workouts, none of which i have enjoyed or stuck to like i have this one..I just love it! :)Honey Kalaria's Bollywood Workout DVD is a real gem! Great DVD- spends time explaining the moves so you can master this before starting the work out. Clearly explains the routines as the workout progress. Has three levels so you can advance with this one. You also provided with a the warm up session and cool down(stretch)session. With all the arm movements in it I think I am going to get a good all over work out and have fun.

Easy to follow Bollywood Dance/Exercise
If your new to Bollywood dance/exercise, then this is for you. Excellent tuition easily explained from *Beginers* right through to a full dance/exercise routines in 5 sections. Learn to dance *Bollywood Style* whilst working out. It's great fun too!

i always wanted to learn bollywood dance,i bought the CD so i could learn on my own time and space. the video and dances are quite easy, but needs time and effort to do practices. in general the CD is good. the only things i don't have is patient.
