Took a while to receive but when it arrived it was the wrong bag design and wasn't even shown in the listing. Seller was helpful and in exchange for me keeping the design i had, which luckily i liked, they partially refunded me hence the neutral rating. They did say i could return it for a full refund but also noted it could take a while which is why i kept it. I will say it's small but perfect for putting your phone in and maybe a purse and looks like it'll last.
