Very slow shipping and poor communication. Purchased item (xmas gift) on 12/11, with a stated delivery window of 12/16-12/21. Label created 12/15, but not shipped until 12/22. Item not received until 12/26. I communicated with the seller about the shipping speed twice and received back one brief, incomplete sentence which erroneously stated that the item had been picked up by USPS on a Sunday (USPS does not do pickups on Sundays). USPS first took possesion on 12/22.
