Claimed to have sent item and then re listed it for a higher price. Wasted my time saying it was delayed in transit and then that my address was wrong. I pointed out the address is a click and collect location and they said they'd been looking at the wrong order and it was still on the way. I never got the item. This person should be removed from eBay.

my company didn't put the address right so it was sent to their local post office. He didn't want to go and pick it up so he got a refund back and he could pick the product up and had it free it was delayed because they were trying to post it so the address was wrong it was not a click-and-collect location he did not have to leave bad feedback when he got his refund it was a genuine mistake
