The product (plate racks) are not as described and not fit for purpose. There is no silicone cover over the metal so the plates just slide over so the rack is unstable. The seller offered 10% then 25% then 40% refund but the products are useless so I want to return them but the seller refuses to cover the cost of postage. They have sold a product that is not as described so I should not be out of pocket. I’m sure they will withdraw this advert and put up another to keep ripping customers off.
