I ordered 2 fans from ZenZoneshop. After I received them, I realized that they wouldn't work for my sloped ceilings. It was a little bit challenging to return them because I don't think they understand how the return process works at ebay but eventually they figured it out and all is well. They did have prompt shipping and were eager to please. They evidently are in a different time zone (maybe China) so expect communication to be on their time zone.
