Very good at blending and mayonnaise. Whipped cream and egg whites seem to require a technique which i need to work on, good enough for a quick use but not to Masterchef standard. Good motor power but the blade was not like the one I Expected. Multi purpose blade is not sharp so vegetable grains are tangled in the blades. Food splashed everywhere as no cover guard around the blade. It is good for the soup but not for a bit of thick soup (paste).
