    The shipping cost and packaging were done nicely. The earrings were cute and as described in the listing. Also, a great value for costume jewelry. However, when I was putting them on to wear the first time, one of the earrings crumbled in my hand. Communication with the seller was OK. I've worked in customer service my entire career and feel a 24 hour turn-around time is standard for replies to inquiries. I did not find this with this transaction. My money was refunded; I'm glad for that.
