I want to say that I am very sorry about the way I portrayed my feedback in my first message. My package arrived ahead of schedule. It was neatly packed made me feel that the product was safe and untouched, and as far as the experience it was comforting to have something done right for a change the mistake was totally my fault and the color wasn’t my shade, but it was because I picked the wrong color. You have never once reached out to me about this. It is wrong to leave negative feedback for the reason you stated and without at least contacting me. If you don't know what color you use, why did you order two?? It's free shipping, you could have tried one first. If I did something wrong or misrepresented, then I could see negative feedback but that is not the case. I work extremely hard at this and I hope you will see it is not my fault and retract your negative review.

    I absolutely love this moisturizer. The ingredients you cannot beat either. Full of Ceramides and other greats. The texture is flawless. It’s creamy and smooth and smells great. Goes on easy blends in nice. And does NOT ball up like some other moisturizer. They’re actually isn’t one flaw about this moisturizer that I can’t find so it’s my new favorite!!! Worth every dime!
